         10:15      Coaches meeting

         10:30      1^st race: grade 6 boys

         10:50      2^nd race: grade 6 girls

         11:10      3^rd race: grade 5 boys                                  

11:30      4^th race: grade 5 girls                                    

         11:50      5^th race: grade 4 boys

         12:10pm        6^th race: grade 4 girls

         12:30      7^th race: grade 7 boys

         12:50      8^th race: grade 7 girls

         1:00         Annual staff fun run

         1:10         Clean up

         1:20pm  Awards and closing

Reminders:

1Come prepared, warm rainproof clothes (layers)

2There will be a concession with Pizza sold $1.50 slice.

3Check-in with you if any students are being released into parent’s care after race completed

4Drink water night prior to event, good sleep, and proper food to build up energy
