When is the egg drop? Thursday, January 20, 2011
Can you build space around the egg? Yes
Can we use animals used by the ancients? No, man-made only
Can we use parachutes? No
Can we use fictitious civilizations? No, real ones only
Can we use cotton? Yes, but used cotton
Where do the eggs come from? The teachers (and they will be medium and RAW!)
Can we use sponge or Styrofoam? No
Can we use cotton balls? Yes
Bubble wrap? No
Can we have wings? Yes
Flying objects made by the ancients? Yes
Wood & tape? Yes, but they’re heavy
What will you give us? A handout with the criteria
Cloth? Yes
A pre-made pillow? No
Can we use food (e.g. marshmallows)? Yes
Can we draw on the egg once we get it? Probably not a good idea
Can we use surgical tubing? No
