Traffic Restrictions (Paving)

The City of Surrey stopped by to inform us that there will be no access to 88th Avenue from 162nd Street beginning Tuesday, Sept. 27 to Friday, Sept. 30th. There will be huge signs, electronic boards and road signs, informing us of the closure. This means our buses and parents (ALL TRAFFIC) will have to approach the school from the north side of 162nd and have to exit towards the north side as well.

Please ensure a comfort kit has been sent to the school with your child.

Athletics

• Gr. 6 and 7 cross country running, Monday and Wednesday 3:00pm-4:00pm
• Volleyball girls start next Tuesday at lunch and Wednesdays 3:00pm-4:30pm
• Volleyball boys start Thursday next week, then Tuesday and Thursdays 3:00pm-4:30pm
• Gr.7 soccer (boys and girls) starts this Monday 3:00pm-4:30pm

• late start begins at 9:15am on Fridays
• bring your instrument as band camp begins on Monday

Students will receive an information letter for band camp at Camp Stillwood on their first day back to school. The letter can also be read here. The permission form and cost must be returned to your teacher by Friday, September 9, 2011.
